Register for The Lift Project with North Star Health
You have been referred to the Department of Behavioral Health and Lifestyle Medicine at North Star Health. We are eager to support you and your journey towards wellness. We have a team of skilled providers to support this process and meet with you on an individual basis. While you wait for your initial appointment, we invite you to participate in The Lift Project.
What is The Lift Project?
North Star Health has partnered with internationally renowned Lifestyle Medicine Expert, Dr Darren Morton, to provide The Lift Project to our community. This is a program based on research from Lifestyle Medicine, Positive Psychology and Neuroscience designed to improve mood and well-being. As a patient of North Star, you now have access to participate in this program either individually or in our Shared Medical Appointments program, where our providers lead classes on tools and skills to improve your overall health, while additional support and insight is given from fellow classmates (these classes are virtual and require internet and cell phone or laptop).
How will it work?
The Lift Project contains 10 lifestyle-based wellbeing lessons, delivered over 10 weeks. When you register, you’ll receive weekly emails from The Lift Project with access to lessons where you will learn scientifically-proven ways to lift your mood and your life! Now that’s something to be happy about!
If you choose to register for a Shared Medical Appointment our office will contact you with available times. Feel free to reach out with any questions to theliftproject@northstarfqhc.org or (802) 886-8914.
The Lift Project is intended for North Star Health patients. For more information about using The Lift Project in other settings, please contact The Lift Project.
