Lifting the School Community with FLASHP!
Starting on 16th October – don’t miss out on this exciting journey
The Lift Project is a lifestyle-based wellbeing adventure, suitable for all ages, that uniquely brings together scientifically-proven strategies from the exciting fields of Neuroscience, Positive Psychology and Lifestyle Medicine. The Lift Project was developed by Dr Darren Morton (PhD, FASLM) who is an award-winning educator and researcher, and an internationally recognised wellbeing expert (with special expertise in Lifestyle Medicine). The Lift Project is lifting lives around the globe by equipping individuals with the skills to take charge of their own wellbeing, build resilience, and live a happier life!
The Lift Project is being offered to you and your immediate family at no cost – now that’s something to be happy about!
How does it work?
Lifting the School Community will be delivered online over 7 weeks. You will learn and experience evidence-based ways to feel better, live more, and take charge of your own wellbeing.
After you register below, you’ll receive a welcome email from us. The next email you get will be on October 16th when Lesson 1 starts. After the course starts, you’ll get two emails each week – one at the beginning of the week introducing a new lesson, and one in the middle of the week to check in and see how you’re doing.
The Lift Project is delivered online. To take part all you need is a computer (or other device, such as a smartphone) that can access the internet.
Do it with others!
While the program is delivered completely online, we encourage you to invite your family to join you. Get together for 20-30 minutes each week to engage in this fun and educational wellbeing adventure.
